Acceptance of Conditions. Ordering with us constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect at the time you first access the site or call us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions you must not place an order via the internet or over the phone. You can only access our full menu and order from us from this website and therefore all orders are subject to these conditions.
TasteBud Sentul provide delivery service to within 5 km radius from our restaurant location. If your address is not in our delivery area; a message will appear on-screen notifying you.
The owner of the card used for payment must present this card on receiving the order. We use GHL Cardpay Sdn Bhd as payment partner, kindly use your card with PIN always. You can only use VISA or MasterCard, AMEX is not supported by GHL Cardpay.
For Cash On Delivery, prepare exact change as our delivery drivers may not have all change required.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary.
2. Returns & Refund
Due to the highly perishable nature of the goods we serve, returns is accepted only if you notify during delivery. You must check your order and return immediately during delivery.
In the event of TasteBud Sentul needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days. We will credit to the same credit card you made purchase with your order.
3. Website Photos/Pictures
Food photographs on this site do not represent how your dishes will be deliver to you. In some cases, there will be differences between the photos displayed and the ingredients in the dishes delivered to you. Where ingredients are not available or are out of stock our chefs will decide on suitable replacements to be used (for example red pepper substituted for green pepper). If you are unsure of the ingredients/content/packaging of any dish, then please call and discuss this with our staff before ordering. All photographs are serving suggestion or simply represent generic raw ingredients.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund to your resperctive card or account within 5-7 working days. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
4. Minimum Order, Delivery Charge
Minimum food order is RM40 per order; our minimum delivery charge is RM5/order. Delivery charges dynamically calculated using google service, farther you from TasteBud more delivery charges would incur.
5. Your Address details
You agree to provide a valid address and contact telephone number with your order. If you provide incorrect details, we will be unable to deliver within any previously stipulated timescales provided by us. You agree not to withhold payment in circumstances where you were unable to provide a correct address or contact details.
Once your order has been placed, we set about cooking straight away. That means should you wish to cancel your order, please call within 5 minutes of placing the original order to receive a full refund. Please call us (rather than email) when requesting a cancellation. If the preparation of your order already started we will not be able to cancel your order.
We cannot guarantee that any of our foods are free from nuts or nut derivatives. We cannot guarantee that our food will be free from any other ingredients that may causes allergies or allergic reactions. We cook all dishes from scratch therefore many ingredients are present in our kitchen.
9. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver your order to the address provided within 30 to 45 minutes (as with all restaurants during busy times, it can take a while longer). For the fastest delivery times please try to order before 6:30pm for dinner and 11:30am for Lunch. For larger group order kindly place an advanced order.
In some circumstances we will be able to notify you prior to ordering if we predict that we will be unable to deliver within the normal times, however on occasions it can be difficult to predict. If circumstances out of our direct control cause the delivery to be delayed, we will do our very best to keep you updated.
10. Order Confirmation
Your order will be auto-confirmed when pre-paid. In case of other payment method we reserve the right to cancel your order if we are unable to establish contact with you by phone or email after you have placed an order. This is to protect ourselves against fraudulent and hoax orders.
In some circumstance (for example exceptionally large orders) we may insist on a deposit to be paid in advance before confirming your order. If you order online or over the phone, the total price will be confirmed to you before the order is confirmed.
11. Complaints / Requests
We will endeavour to handle all complaints for you ASAP. Please address any complaints or requests to the contact details contained on this website.
Ratings and Reviews
Your Rating and/or Review will not be published unless you have ordered from the subject restaurant and placed a minimum of two (2) orders. Any Rating and/or Review that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be disingenuous in any way, and/or could otherwise diminish the integrity of the Ratings and Reviews, the Materials and/or the Sites may be removed without notice.

16. Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between you and us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Malaysian law.
